Combine videos (including YouTube and Vimeo links), audio, PDF and images. Create quizzes (single, multiple, true or false, sequencing). Use one and the same module in any number of courses: build once and reuse it for different onboardings again and again.
Assign a course to a tag, for example catering. Every current and future user who completes the course will receive this tag. Track completion at a glance. Set a deadline and reminders go out automatically. Recurring courses repeat on schedule.
As soon as a learner passes, a certificate is generated automatically as proof of qualification. Everyone who has successfully completed a course can then be shown in a list and exported to a spreadsheet. Both internal and external qualifications can be viewed and searched. The certificate history can be viewed and traced too.

IQrew is not a theoretical software project. It grew out of a real challenge and out of hands-on practice. We were looking for a learning-management solution that is simple, reliable and affordable, without being overloaded with features we do not actually need. We tested a number of expensive systems that felt far removed from the practical requirements of a company like ours.
At the same time, training employees has become more important than ever. Many industries are under increasing cost pressure, while new employees often start without the practical preparation they need to work safely and professionally from day one. We are convinced that onboarding should not be left to chance. It should be structured, measurable and professional.
That is exactly why we developed IQrew. We wanted to create a tool that makes learning progress visible, helps companies onboard and upskill their teams more effectively, and at the same time leaves a strong impression, both internally and externally. Our goal was not to simply build yet another learning-management system, but to develop a practical solution for real business needs, one that helps companies improve the quality of their products and services, work more efficiently and lower costs at the same time.
